The Granary is central for all that the South Hams has to offer. The bustling market town of Kingsbridge is 5 minutes drive and theres easy access to the estuary from Bowcombe Bridge for those with dinghies or kayaks. Salcombe is less than 7 miles away whilst there are plenty of sandy beaches in the area all within easy driving distance. For those who like walking there are great country walks nearby and the glorious South West Coastal Path is also well worth experiencing.
